The workshop was conducted on January 5, 2008 at the Continuing Legal Education and Attorney's Club and 112 members participated.

A paper on Court Reform Program and the present situation of courts in Ethiopia was prepared by Ato Siraj Abdala and Ato Delnesahu Tadesse, both members of EBA, and was presented by Ato Siraj. At the beginning of his presentation, Ato Siraj pointed that a committee which included the Ethiopian Bar Association was studying the court case flow and court administration under Court Reform Program. According to the study, the case flow, starting from opening a file to the final verdict has several obstacles.
